All sales are final unless cancelled prior to being processed.
Returns: We do not accept returns under any circumstances. If we have shipped the wrong product or did not include the personalization or customization requested, the product is yours to keep and a new product will be created and shipped to you at no cost.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. We will work with you directly to ensure the product you purchased is the product you receive.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. If you have purchased the wrong product such as size or color, you will need to re-order the product. We understand that this happens from time to time and we will gladly provide you a discount code to use for a new purchase.
